Brief
We are in need of a bilingual (English-French) specialist demographer with experience Education Management and Planning and a strong applied statistics/data science skill and ten (10) years of professional experience in educational planning to support the implementation of programs.
Skills and Competencies Required
- Experience in training and capacity building
- Research and Analysis Skills related to the development of education statistics in the context of Africa.
- Monitor and Evaluation Competencies
- Experience working reginal and global frameworks (CESA 16-25 and SDG 4), as well as their corresponding indicators frameworks.
Education and Experience
- Master's degree in education planning, statistics, economics, demography, mathematics or science.
- (6) years of experience at management level and three ( 3) and at the supervisory level in an international institution
